Happy Easter!!

Our day started out bright and early.  I left a basket of plastic eggs outside of Abigail's door, and right at seven I heard her open the door and say "oh, eggs!" She brought them to our room and sat with us on the bed and opened them. She was excited to find the ones that had candy :).  After she ate some cereal, we let her find the basket of goodies and she was VERY excited!

She was very excited about her princess chair, and so was Grayson.

Grayson has a tendency to make a mess of his clothes, so we tried to grab a quick picture before we headed to church. Neither would really look at the camera, but at least they were happy!!

We got to enjoy some time outside together as a family, then Grandma Chambers came up for the afternoon and dinner!! What a wonderful day!

first word

I caught Grayson saying his first word on camera today!!  It was taken with my phone (sorry), right after he ate some carrots.  We love this little guy!! And just ignore me in the background :).

outside

we LOVE warm weather!!  Abigail loves to be outside and play with the other kids.  Grayson is ready to get down and run, but the grass isn't quite ready yet :).  This past weekend we took the kids to a park to swing, and they were in HEAVEN!!  Abigail giggled the whole time, and Grayson just smiled and laughed!  It amazes me how quickly they grow, sometimes time just needs to stop! 

 

overdue update

Sorry it has been so long since I've posted!  Joe erased our computer (after saving everything :) ), then we started fresh so it has taken a while to get back on.  We've been pretty good this month - enjoying the nice weather, new teeth, new minivan (yes we joined the club), new stroller, and many other things ...
