Merlin Olsen park

We tried out a new park, which the kids loved because there was WATER! The little stream was perfect for the kids - they loved jumping in it, throwing rocks, and going under the bridge.

Lily joined Up to 3 (a program to help with delays - for Lily it is her speech and communication), and they invite you to a bunch of different fun activities. The kids were excited for this one - the fun park! Lily did well on the soft play, but her favorites was the rollerskating area with the flashing lights. The other kids joined in, and danced their little hearts out!

Fourth of July

Our yard consumed most of our summer - July 4th was no exception :) We did have family come up - the Chambers - and they were nice to play with the kids, and help put in the sprinkling system. We found a few fireworks from last year and the kids enjoyed them. The neighbors helped with some bigger firework that the kids thought were awesome!

Daddy's always have the best ideas

Joe came up with the greatest idea - sliding on a mattress down the stairs!! The kids were a little wary, but Joe went first and then they were all on board. Joe's grin was as big as the kids! We kept the mattress there and they kept doing it over and over for about a week!

random June happenings

So I am WAY behind, but now that our yard is in and school is about to start I am hoping to be better. We have loved the nice weather we have had this summer! We have spent lots of time outside, in the water, in the dirt, and just lovin' life!
