it's the simple things

isn't it funny how it's the simple things that are so entertaining.  Abigail and Grayson love boxes, and they love playing in his crib.  And our bed.  I am glad that they are playing better together, although they do have their moments :).

can you see his top teeth?  They both have finally poked through.  hurray!!
blowing kisses
clapping - his new favorite thing

I just love Grayson's face in this one :)

couldn't resist adding this one :)

flat Lizzy

We've been hosting flat Lizzy for the past month or so, and we decided to take her to a couple of places in Cache Valley before we send her back this week.  Abigail loves carrying her around, too bad we aren't closer!!

isn't our little library pathetic??  Yeah, one downside to living in a small town.  Good thing my sister buys books and is willing to share!!

baby animal days

We ventured out to baby animal days for the first time yesterday.  We kept asking Abigail if she was asking fun, and every time she answered yes!!  She has never been a big animal person (she'd run away), but this time she was excited and actually pet the animals.  Her favorite thing was the train, of course, and broke down every time we had to get off.  Grayson was a good sport, and didn't fuss too much for not taking an afternoon nap.

she went for the basketball first ...

I'll touch you, but keep your distance. Joe said the calf LOVED Abigail and tried to nuzzle her!

dirt.  she loves dirt. and rocks.

Abigail is leaving, I'm outta here!

"flat Lizzy", Abigail's cousin, came with us

he really did enjoy the train, I promise

the bunny we got was feisty, so Abigail wasn't very interested. Wish we had gotten one where she is holding the duck. She LOVED the baby duck.

Saturday

I know I already posted Easter, but I couldn't resist posting the fun we had on Saturday.  We went to Mac Park and had a little fun at at free-for-all egg hunt.  It was chaos, and Abigail was a little scared.  She had more fun on the playground a little later :).

Then we went to Lee's where she was more interested in driving the shopping cart (thanks to Joe she insists on getting in the ones that have wheels that she can steer :) ) than meeting the Easter bunny and getting free stuff.  Then we went to the park and had a lot of fun.  Both the kids love the swings, and Grayson was very excited to be down and playing on the playground.
