American West Heritage Center

I LOVE fall in Cache Valley!  It is so beautiful, and the weather has pretty much been perfect. We met up with our close friends, the Sanders, and AWHC Saturday and had the perfect morning.  No line for riding the trains, riding ponies (only Abigail wanted to do that), playing in the corn maze, and going down slides.

there was a little lady

who swallowed an earring. True story. I was vacuuming up my room (so everything was off), and somehow she pulled open my nightstand and found an earring. I didn't notice until she bent down to pick up something silver, and put it in her mouth. It took me a second to figure out what it was, and by then she had started to choke. I saw it at the back of her throat, but then she swallowed it.  She gagged and cried, and I panicked. She eventually swallowed it all the way, and now we have to wait and check her diapers. Fun. NOT! Probably my scariest mommy moment yet! This bug gives me a run for my money! On a side note ... she does look cute in pigtails!

Sunday

Sunday morning was perfect for a quick visit to the park! New parks are the best, and this one didn't disappoint! We spent the afternoon with the Chambers where Abigail opened our gifts, and immediately had to wear her Elsa costume and play with Bucky.  It has been fun to watch her imagination grow!

Miss Lily - that would be the thing you put in the sink to fill it up with water

Abigail is very good at taking selfies

Birthday Girl - Van Ausdal party

We celebrated Abigail's birthday with a BANG! Saturday we rented a bounce house, and all the cousins had a blast! It was hard to get her to come out, but cupcakes worked pretty good.  She only would eat the frosting, though!  She got spoiled and got a camera for her birthday (I've already had to erase all the pictures - 800 worth), a superman, and a princess dress!  To say this girl was happy would be an understatement!
