Island Park

At the end of September Joe & I met some friends up at a cabin in Island Park.  I had never been there - but we decided it is a very beautiful place, perfect for relaxing and having fun.  We enjoyed playing ping-pong, and exploring the reservoir. After the boys got back from their 6 hour golf excursion we headed into West Yellowstone.  We enjoyed seeing the bears & wolves.  The bears were fun to watch, at one point they got in their pond and started wrestling/playing around.  It was such a great weekend - a nice break from the kids and life.

This girl of ours is into EVERYTHING! She loves climbing, finding things she shouldn't, putting shoes away (in whatever bin or closet she can find), cuddling, screaming and being busy. She loves her blanket and loves bottles. She is getting more task oriented - putting coins in the piggie bank, the animals in their spot.  She also loves to color (and eat crayons) and be busy.

Lily

Lily has been taking gymnastics for a year, but decided to switch to dance and soccer. We registered her at R & M dance, and she has been so excited! She started soccer a week later and has become quite the little player!  She gets frustrated when she's pushed, and has a serious face when chasing the ball.  She gets very excited when she scores!

Labor Day

Labor Day was beautiful!  We had the Chambers up - we went for a hike in the morning, and in the afternoon they went shooting while I canned peaches.  We came back and had hot dogs, and fresh peach cobbler (SO good)! It was a fun day!

Cassidy's hair has just gone crazy the past while. In the back it is getting longer, and the tops not as quickly. I decided to try a little pony and we were met with success!  She does a pretty good job keeping it in.  She loves bows, and if she finds one she will bring it to me and wait while I put it on.  She also loves socks & shoes.  Accessory girl!
