belated halloween

Man, things are just crazy around here!  So I'm a bit behind in the posting, but we sure had a fun Halloween!  The kids loved going to Lee's and doing the trick-or-treating, but they LOVED going around to houses the best.  Lily got really into it and would just grab handfuls of candy, and luckily everyone just laughed and said she was fine!  During the day they were a Pirate crew - Jake, Izzy, and Cubby.  We switched Lily to a dragon at night to keep her warm :)

Abigail love's our cell phones.  Even with a lock on the phone she can easily get to the camera and take many pictures and some gems are just too good to keep to our self....Enjoy!!

We had a coupon to pizza pie cafe, so we headed there Monday night.  The food was okay, but the kids had a blast! Especially Lily, who has discovered food is awesome when she feeds herself.  Let's just say that we occasionally leave a restaurant with a naked baby!

American West Heritage Center

I LOVE fall in Cache Valley!  It is so beautiful, and the weather has pretty much been perfect. We met up with our close friends, the Sanders, and AWHC Saturday and had the perfect morning.  No line for riding the trains, riding ponies (only Abigail wanted to do that), playing in the corn maze, and going down slides.

who swallowed an earring. True story. I was vacuuming up my room (so everything was off), and somehow she pulled open my nightstand and found an earring. I didn't notice until she bent down to pick up something silver, and put it in her mouth. It took me a second to figure out what it was, and by then she had started to choke. I saw it at the back of her throat, but then she swallowed it.  She gagged and cried, and I panicked. She eventually swallowed it all the way, and now we have to wait and check her diapers. Fun. NOT! Probably my scariest mommy moment yet! This bug gives me a run for my money! On a side note ... she does look cute in pigtails!
