My friend, Nikki, and I run together 1-2 times per week, and we have discovered we LOVE trail running.  We have done stokes nature center twice, and I made it 9 miles!  It's so pretty, cool, and a bit breezy which is perfect!

swimming lessons

This is the first year we've done swimming lessons for the older two kids - and they had a blast!  We love the Sports Academy because you can swim in the outdoor pool until 1 :).  Grayson is our little fish - he LOVES swimming under water with his goggles on.  Abigail likes to jump into the water, and do her back float.  Hurray for swimming! 

Cousins

We said goodbye to our Pope cousins at the end of July.  We were very sad to see them go!  They were nice and made bracelets for our kids - Grayson hardly ever takes his off!  Here is a picture of all the cousins, minus Jane who couldn't make it.
