Gingerbread Houses

Abigail had been begging me for a couple of weeks to do gingerbread houses, and one Saturday morning I finally got around to it.  A friend suggested to put the houses together using burnt sugar, and it worked GREAT! We kept the houses small and the candy was stuff we already had but the kids were in heaven.  Lily actually decorated hers this year, instead of just eating all the candy :)
