Three Months

I cannot believe our little girl is three months old! Time sure flies by when you're having fun :) ! I really am enjoying motherhood, and watching Abigail grow. It's funny ... I also find myself enjoying housework as well, I don't think our house has been so constantly clean before, and had so many homemade meals!

We've been trying to get her to take naps in her crib so I can be free, but sometimes it doesn't always work. She'll cry for thirty - forty minutes and I'll have to bounce her and let her sleep on me for a little bit. I don't mind, it's kinda nice having the warmth on you!

And it is here - the bald spot in the back! It's kind of sad to see, but I don't mind! Everywhere we go people comment on how much hair she has, and how dark it is.

Joe & I got her this outfit last weekend with money we got for Christmas, and I LOVE it! The hardest thing is not buying the whole store for her!

I decided to play photographer today and just take a few pictures of her. It took quite a few before I got some good ones.

Lately she's been sucking on her hands, and anything her hands can bring to her face. My favorite thing is that as soon as she tastes things she makes a funny face like "what is this?"

Videos ... finally!

My first attempt at posting a video. Can't quite get the quality to come across well, any suggestions? This is her "talking", although it's mostly her upset talking.

A Year in Review

Looking back, a lot of things happened in 2010. I was pregnant for 3/4 of the year, and a new parent for the last quarter. I decided to stay home full time. Joe has been going to graduate school, and working full time. We got a new car - and now have two cars that work all the time! I do have to admit that I miss the jellybean, although I enjoy having a car that has heat that works and isn't a stick shift! The year really did go by fast. There were times when I thought the baby was never going to get here, and now that she is I can hardly remember what it was like being pregnant, let alone not pregnant and no baby. There are some things I miss, but I wouldn't change it for the world!

What do I hope for in this new year? I think this year will be tons of fun - watching Abigail grow and change, Joe finishing school in October, maybe deciding where we're going to living & where Joe will be working after he's done with school, and many more things. I'm really excited for the new year!
