flexing and tickling

where has time gone??? With this warm weather we've been heading outdoors and spending little time inside. For some reason I haven't sat down at the computer much in the evening, and am a bit behind on some blogging. A couple weeks ago we were down celebrating my sister's birthday, and having some fun. Abigail spent most of the afternoon outside, walking up and down the hill in my parent's backyard. Pre-dinner entertainment was this:

Riding down the hall in the chair, and tickling Katie's feet. Abigail thought this was hilarious, and would do it over and over!

She also knows how to flex and make a face, although in this picture it's a little cheesy. Isn't she the cutest?? 

it starts early

When your mom told you to clean your room, did you ever stuff things underneath the bed? I sure did!  We also had a hole in our wall downstairs, called the hidey-hole. We hid a lot of things in there! Abigail has taken to throwing things under the bed, and forgetting about them. It made me laugh catching her in the act!

Does your child also love to run around naked? This was after an afternoon bath - she took off as soon as she was out of the water!

Gymnastics meet #3 - versus BYU. Have you guess that we enjoy these?  Joe even caught a free t-shirt! I was especially excited when we found out it was in my size.

Sunday Best

What a beautiful sunny Sunday we had today!  Loved it!!  Too bad Abigail slept away the afternoon, or else we would have gone outside and explored a little. We needed a picture of Joe and me for a project, so we had some friends swing by after church and take some pictures.

This is what Abigail did while our friend took our picture. As soon as we let her outside, she immediately went for the basketball! This little girl is going to LOVE summertime. I have a feeling it will be hard to keep her inside at all!

Mommy and daughter - I sure love this little girl, and am grateful I get to stay at home with her! Best job (and sometimes hardest) ever!

One more picture I want to add. Abigail loves opening drawers and emptying out their contents. The other day I needed to get something done in the bathroom, and she emptied out all the nail polish. So I thought, why not? She didn't like having to stay still, but it made me happy :)
