a quick peek
So I'm bored at work, and thought I'd post a picture from our trip to Disneyland. This picture comes from the Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters ride. You fire your laser gun hitting Zurg targets, and they take a picture of you which you can e-mail to yourself. Joe was especially proud of the last time we rode it because of his high score. Way to go Joe!! It was one of my favorite rides, I think we did it three or four times. More pictures to come!!

once was lost
I think it's been almost three years since Joe lost his original wedding band. The ring was extremely loose on him, and was always falling off. Then one day he came home from work & we couldn't find it anywhere. So we got him another ring! (Good thing it was his ring and not mine ...)
Early last week Joe came home and told me he had a surprise. I don't know what I was expecting, but I sure wasn't expecting him to tell me he had found his first wedding band!! it made us both laugh really hard. he had been cleaning out the stock room at work, and found the ring in a box. We always assumed that he had accidentally thrown it away while drying his hands. The ring is still large for him, so he'll keep wearing the second one we got but now he has a backup :)
I couldn't resist taking a picture of Joe taking a nap on Sunday. I found it really funny because it was during the USA vs Canada hockey game!

Fun date night
Saturday the 13th Joe & I went with some friends to see this musical at USU. It normally is shown up at the Pickleville Playhouse by Bear Lake, but after a lot of sold out shows they decided to perform it in the valley for a short time. This has to be one of the most hilarious musicals I have ever seen. The story follows Juanito Bandito and his somewhat clueless band of outlaws as they seek revenge after nearly getting hanged by the sheriff. This summer they're doing another installment (the musicals are all written by the lead character - Bandito) and I'm really excited about it!!
Only one month left until Joe & I are headed with some friends to DISNEYLAND!!!
