Funerals are hard. Especially for someone you are close to. We had a short viewing for her in Layton, which was hard. It was hard to see her without life. But there were a lot of people who came, and it was nice to feel that comfort. We drove up to the cemetery in Ogden, and had a short graveside service. The kids were fascinated by the dandelions, and it was nice to talk about Grandma.
Abigail had a really hard time with Grandma's passing. She cried when she heard, and then cried pretty hard at the viewing. It's nice to be supported by family who comforted her, and tried to explain what happened.
One of the flowers fell off, and Abigail grabbed it and took it to Grandpa. So sweet.
